Port City Builder

Port City Builder is a relaxed management sim about turning a sleepy dock into a bustling harbour. You place buildings, route little cargo carts, and keep your townsfolk happy without ever feeling rushed. It leans cozy rather than crunchy.

The interface is well thought out for touch: a radial build menu, snap-to-grid placement, and pinch-zoom that actually behaves. My only gripe is that late-game towns get so dense the tap detection occasionally picks the wrong building.

Idle progress ticks along while you're away, so you don't have to grind. Battery-wise it's fine for a sim, though leaving it running in the foreground for an hour will warm things up. Play in short check-in sessions and it's perfect.
